Welcome to Infinity Online. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our multivendor ecommerce platform, including browsing, purchasing, selling, and interacting with any content on our website or mobile application. By accessing or using Infinity Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply. Infinity Online refers to the platform, its owners, operators, and affiliates. Customer refers to any user who purchases products on Infinity Online. Seller refers to any registered vendor who lists and sells products through the platform. User refers to any person accessing Infinity Online, whether as a customer, seller, or visitor. Order refers to a transaction initiated by a customer to purchase one or more products from a seller. Platform refers to the Infinity Online website, mobile application, and all related services.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to register as a customer or seller. By using Infinity Online, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Sellers must additionally provide valid business or tax identification information as requested during registration. Infinity Online reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access to any user for any reason at any time without prior notice.

Account Registration and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Infinity Online immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Infinity Online will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating ratings, reviews, or sales data.

Role of Infinity Online as a Marketplace

Infinity Online is a multivendor marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers. We do not manufacture, store, inspect, or own any products listed on the platform. Each seller is solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and safety of their products, and the fulfillment of orders. Infinity Online acts as a neutral facilitator and is not a party to the transaction between customer and seller. As a result, we do not guarantee any product listed by a seller and are not liable for any damages arising from the purchase or use of such products.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes. You are responsible for reviewing product listings carefully before making a purchase. Once an order is placed, you may cancel it only within one hour unless the seller has already processed the order. Fraudulent activities, including using stolen payment methods or filing false dispute claims, will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the products they sell, including safety standards, labeling requirements, and tax obligations. You must accurately describe your products, including any defects, limitations, or restrictions. You are responsible for setting fair prices, managing inventory, processing orders within the stated timeframe, providing valid tracking information, and handling customer returns in accordance with the Infinity Online Return Policy. Sellers may not engage in price gouging, fake reviews, or any form of manipulation. Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension, forfeiture of earnings, or permanent removal from the platform.

Orders and Payments

When a customer places an order, the payment is processed through Infinity Online's secure payment gateway. Funds are held until the order is confirmed as delivered or until the customer's return window expires. Infinity Online then disburses the seller's earnings minus applicable commissions and fees as described in the Seller Policy. We reserve the right to hold funds for up to thirty days in cases of disputes, suspected fraud, or excessive return rates. All fees are non‑refundable except as expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are provided by sellers as estimates only. Infinity Online does not guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Sellers are responsible for arranging shipping and for any lost or damaged items unless tracking confirms successful delivery. Customers should report non‑delivery within seven days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by the Infinity Online Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Customers have seven days from delivery to request a return for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after the seller receives and verifies the returned item. For change‑of‑mind returns, sellers are not required to accept them unless stated in their store policy. Infinity Online may override a seller's refusal if we determine the return request is valid.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Infinity Online platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and design, is the property of Infinity Online or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Infinity Online a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of selling their products.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use Infinity Online for any unlawful purpose. This includes but is not limited to selling prohibited items such as illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, weapons, or stolen property. You may not upload malicious code, attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, scrape data without permission, or impersonate another person. You may not contact other users outside of the Infinity Online messaging system to arrange off‑platform transactions. Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Reviews and Ratings

Customers may leave reviews and ratings for products and sellers. Reviews must be truthful and based on actual experience. You may not post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or post reviews in exchange for compensation. Sellers may not offer incentives for positive reviews or threaten customers who leave negative feedback. Infinity Online reserves the right to remove any review that violates these standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Online and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to any user for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by that user to Infinity Online in the six months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Infinity Online provides the platform on an as‑is and as‑available basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, the accuracy of information, or the quality of products sold by sellers. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinity Online and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any third‑party rights including intellectual property or privacy rights.

Termination

Infinity Online may terminate or suspend your account immediately without prior notice for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sellers with pending earnings will receive any unpaid balance after deducting outstanding fees, chargebacks, or dispute amounts. Customers will lose access to order history and support privileges after termination unless required by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Infinity Online is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association. Both parties waive the right to participate in class actions.

Changes to These Terms

Infinity Online reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard announcement at least fourteen days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and, if you are a seller, close your account.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Seller Policy, Return Policy, and Support Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinity Online regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
